Registration Steps
Creating your BMan Stock account takes less than 2 minutes
Visit Registration Page
Click "Get Started" or "Start Free Trial" from the homepage or navigation menu to begin your registration.

Fill Your Details
Enter your full name, email address, phone number, and create a secure password for your account.

Complete Payment (Paid Plans)
For paid plans, select your preferred payment method - Mobile Money (MTN/Airtel) or Card payment.

After successful payment, you will be prompted to login with the email and password you created during registration.

Installing on Windows
Windows 10 or later, 4GB RAM, 500MB storage

Download the BManStock-Setup.exe file from your dashboard

Double-click the installer file to run it

If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" then "Run anyway"

Follow the installation wizard prompts and choose your installation directory

Click "Install" and wait for the installation to complete

Click "Finish" and launch BMan Stock from your desktop or Start menu

First Launch & Activation
Activate your desktop app with your unique product key
Launch the Application
Open BMan Stock from your desktop, Applications folder, or run the AppImage
Connect to Internet
Ensure you have an internet connection for initial activation and verification
Login to Your Account
Sign in with your email and password that you created during registration on the web
Enter Product Key
Copy your product key from your web dashboard and paste it to activate your license
Start Using BMan Stock
Once activated, you can use BMan Stock even offline - data syncs when connected

Complete the initial setup to configure BMan Stock for your business
Launch the App
Open BMan Stock from your desktop. The app will show the activation screen on first launch.

Login with Product Key
Enter your product key from the web dashboard to activate. Internet connection required for first login.

Setup Your Business
Enter your company name, logo, address, phone number, and business details. This info appears on receipts and invoices.

Set Administrative Password
Create a secure administrative password. This password is required to access settings, manage users, and perform sensitive operations.

Set Security PIN
Create a 4-6 digit PIN code for quick access. The PIN locks the app when idle and protects sensitive operations.

Configure Reports Schedule
Set up automated daily, weekly, or monthly reports. Choose email delivery or local storage for your reports.
