By accessing and using BMan Stock, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BMan Stock provides inventory management software designed for Rwandan businesses. Our service includes stock tracking, sales management, reporting, and cloud synchronization features depending on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

All subscription plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed in Rwandan Francs (RWF) through our secure payment partners.

  • All plans include a 7-day free trial
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data stored in BMan Stock. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not share it with third parties except as required to provide the service or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

BMan Stock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
