Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), Visa/Mastercard, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new users get a 30-day free trial with access to the Starter tier features. No credit card required. You can upgrade or cancel anytime during or after the trial.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your data remains safe. The desktop app will continue to work in read-only mode. You can still view your inventory but won't be able to make changes until you renew.
